Introducing Kitsune–a rainy day challenge to myself to brand a quite imaginary ramen shop. Tucked away in a nondescript corner of Brooklyn, Kitsune serves up piping hot bowls of noodles, fresh veggies, and a healthy dose of nostalgia.
The name comes from the Japanese fox (kitsune, キツネ) – a magical, cunning creature grows up to 9 tails. Like its namesake, Kitsune is small but mighty. Minimal yet bold. A Japanese vintage soul with a modern twist.
The more I work on this incredibly not real brand, the more I’m convinced it should become real. But I’m no ramen expert. So if you’ve been wanting to get into the ramen game and are looking for a partner, hit me up, let’s make some noodles.
