This was not a new coat of paint. We completely redesigned the entire experience, focusing on making the new Marvel.com a digital first content hub and where any fan could easily dig deeper into their favorite characters.
Being a Marvel fan can be a lot of work. On top of the 1,500+ characters and 40,000+ comics, there are 89 movies, and 11 active TV shows. It’s a confusing place that even the most dedicated fans struggle to keep straight. On the new Marvel.com we made it easy to browse characters by their allies, enemies and family connections, made clear distinctions between a character’s screen and comic profiles, and highlighted key moments in each character’s story arc.
